What’s under the hood
Our standard setup runs on 400V and pulls 2500W from a 300mm quartz tube. That kind of power density means serious heat in a compact footprint. And the shortwave output? It wakes up almost instantly. So when your machine can’t afford to wait, you don’t have to.
Built to take the heat
The halogen element holds steady even at high filament temperatures, and the quartz envelope takes thermal shock without cracking. The reflector coating focuses the energy forward, so the heat goes where you want it—on the work—not wasted into the frame. We spec R7s end-caps because they drop straight into most industrial sockets. No adapters. No guesswork. Just plug and go.
Where this shines
These heaters are made for the rough-and-tumble spots in a plant: PET blowing, plastic welding, adhesive curing, packaging sealing. You get fast response, tight control in the hot zone, and replacements that are straightforward to do in the field. One thing to keep in mind: that 2500W density needs proper cooling and wiring. Size your control and ventilation to match the load, and the lamp will keep running reliably, shift after shift.
