So we packed a shortwave halogen element into a 300mm quartz tube—typically 400V, 2500W. That’s a lot of power in a compact footprint.
What that gives you is speed. Heat-up is fast. And when your process needs to cycle quickly, the response is there, right when you need it.
The 400V choice wasn’t random. It lets us deliver that wattage without pushing crazy current through the wiring. So you don’t end up with oversized cables and you don’t lose voltage over distance. It just makes life easier when you’re wiring it up.
