Just double-check that your mounting brackets and wiring can handle the heat without melting or degrading. Getting them installed (and keeping them alive)
We made these for easy, drop-in replacement. Nobody wants to rebuild an entire heating rack just because one tube burnt out. They’re sized perfectly so the lamp sits right in the center of your reflector, which means you get the most IR projection and waste less energy. But here is the most important part:don’t touch the glass. High-purity quartz hates skin oils. If your team touches the glass without gloves, those oils bake into the surface. This creates hot spots, and those hot spots kill the tube way faster than they should. Stick to lint-free wipes and IPA. Your equipment will thank you.
